Our mascara contains glycerin and hydroxyethyl cellulose. It can activate hair follicles, maintain the complete shape and color of eyelashes, nourish and repair, be strong, tough, and not easily shed. Its usage is very simple: 1. Clean the eyes and be sure to remove excess cosmetics; 2. Simply apply it to the base of the upper eyelashes; 3. Just use it at the base of the eyelashes.
